We provide our clients with full service mold inspection and sampling services. Our goal is to gain a full, complete picture of a property and to effectively communicate the condition, with respect to mold and water intrusion, to our valued clients.

WE don’t perform mold remediation or removal.

We don’t ! Remediation can be a very expensive process. In our opinion, it is a conflict of interest to perform mold inspections and sampling services AND to profit from remediation ! We have NOTHING to gain by finding a mold problem.

What can you expect from America’s Home Checkers

Initial Contact - you will speak with a courteous professional mold inspector about your particular situation (all engagements are uniquely different). Once your questions and concerns are addressed, an appointment, if necessary, to visit your property will be scheduled.

Inspection Engagement - one or more of our mold inspection experts will arrive at your property promptly at the scheduled appointment time.

Inspection and sampling agreements will be reviewed and signed and key issues and concerns will be discussed prior to beginning the inspection.

Your property will be thoroughly inspected for visible microbial growth, instances of water intrusion, and other “ red flags” and areas of concern.

Elapsed time to complete the initial inspection varies with the size and complexity of the property. A 2000 square foot home will generally take about 2 hours to inspect…we are very thorough.

All findings are documented in writing.

Digital hygrometers and precision moisture detection devices are used to assist the mold inspector in the investigation.

You are then presented with the preliminary findings and recommended samples, if any, are discussed.

Microbial sampling, if needed, will commence.

Samples, if collected, will be sent to an independent microbiology laboratory for
analysis.
72 hour turn-around-times is standard, but quicker service can be arranged…as quickly as one day if required.

An inspection report is compiled using all of the information, that was gathered
during the inspection. This document is detailed, but easy to read, understand, and follow. The report will be available at the end of the inspection .

The laboratory report will be neatly packaged and sent to you. You will receive a
telephone call from the professional assigned to your engagement to review, in detail, your Inspection Report.
